Or follow these quick steps:

• Log into promisepoint.files.com
• Click on the user_bulk_load  file located in your site's folder
• Click the upload button
• Select the file to process
• When the file displays in the user_bulk_load folder it's ready to process

Note:  Files automatically process at 10AM, 2PM, and midnight MT.
