Update # 1

What	PASS - disable waitlist for administrators

Where	PASS – Client Setup – Client Setup Organization
Description	As a session admin or instructor, I want to be stopped from adding learners to a roster if the class is full or closed so that the class size does not go over what is planned.

Update # 2

What	PASS - Session Calendar - display a warning before allowing a drag update
Who	PASS – Session Admin
Where	PASS – Client Setup – Client Setup Organization.
Description	As a session admin, I want to be able to disable both dragging classes and ability to lengthen/shorten the events.
