How can I reset my password?

On the PromisePoint community, select the "Admin" tab, then "Submit a ticket." Complete the ticket form to have your password reset.


How can I activate/deactivate a learner?

In PASS, select the PromisePoint User List link. Search for a learner. Select the "Edit" icon  next to the learner's account. On the "Edit Profile" tab, check or uncheck the box next to "Active."


How can I assign an instructor status to a learner in PASS?

In PASS, select the PromisePoint User List link. Search for a learner. Select the "Edit" icon next to the learner's account. On the "Edit Profile" tab, check or uncheck the box next to "Instructor."


What are mappings?

A group that contains a particular job title, department and location can be linked to a specific curriculum which is then called a mapping. Multiple groups can be mapped to multiple curriculums.


How can I request PASS administrator access for a learner?

On the PromisePoint community, select the "Admin" tab, then "Submit a ticket." Complete the ticket form to request access for a learner to obtain PASS admin permissions. The Breakaway Group will schedule training for the admin prior to the configuration of PASS access.


Why did information change on a learner's account?

To troubleshoot, first check the learner's activity logging by going to the PromisePoint User List in PASS. Search for a user and select the "Edit" icon next to the account. Choose the User History tab to view the actions performed on the learner's account. If there is no resolution found, please submit a ticket on the PromisePoint community.
